I predict a return to a couple years ago where cops were getting ambushed. All because of this scared coward cops actions. Doubt he even feels remorse.

but the claim that they had them off before they even entered the yard is false.

as long as you say so but the video in the op kinda said otherwise or at least alluded to it.

either way this is conspiracy

also on the original reporting they claimed to be well behind good cover when the peeked out and shot the violent criminal cause they saw he had something but failed to identify what it was as he began to run away from them they shot him

i am sure you are right though probably only the last 7 rounds hit him

well if you predict it then it will likely not happen

if you prophesize it then it will likely happen

thats that unseen rules of future happenings

He was holding his phone that the cops said they thought it was a gun, and he was trying to get into his Grandmother's house...it was her backyard. He may have broken some windows but last time I looked that wasn't the death penalty. Also, was there any chance for him to follow any kind of orders like get on the ground?

Geez, once again it looks like the somewhat common 1 second decision to shoot and not even try and the person anything more than a flinch...

Which video? The only video I see in that article is 91 seconds worth of talking about the gunshot wounds. The body cameras themselves picked up audio before, during, and immediately after the shooting. One can only wonder where that audio is coming from if the mics were off, I suppose.

They were behind cover when he moved towards them, yep.

I didn't say that, but I'm glad you're consistent with making things up and pretending I did.

i think the link in the op may skip to other videos if you leave it playin.

anyhow no need

says here 7 min after the shooting they were instructed to turn mics off

cnn

just read it i think cnn can at least get the timing right.

n both videos, an officer can be heard saying, "Hey, mute." Directly after, the video goes silent and officers talk among themselves.

you simply alluded to it

i was just trying to help you spin the murder into self defense

that is why you are here . is it not?

One can reasonably deduce that if audio was recorded before, during, and after the shooting for seven minutes then the mics were in fact not turned off prior to entering the yard where the shooting took place.

You said the mics were off before they entered the yard. I said they weren't turned off before the shooting, which took place in the yard, but were turned off at some point after the shooting.

I'm glad you got caught up.

you are going backward

i already said you were right

that it was after

i even posted a link for you and said it was 7 min after

logic is fleeting for you

I explained the sequence of shots. If you want to ascribe some meaning to that explanation beyond the explanation itself, that's entirely on you. I'm not in the habit of defending things that other members claim I must really mean even though I didn't say it.

Sure isn't. Sorry sticking to facts bothers you so much.

I know you did. I was commending you for finally catching up to the facts of the event.

It appears that your personal chubby for trying to prove me wrong on something, anything, you possibly can has caused you to be unable to accept kudos.

Short term, maybe the government needs to sponsor some ads in the media that would urge people being chased by police on foot and in helicopters to lie down on their bellies spread-eagled.... instead of running through peoples backyards and jumping a number of fences.
Not saying that the cops won't still kill you, but your chances do increase, and if they do kill you, it will be a little more clear cut case of murder.

Now you did it... injecting a dose of reality into an otherwise perfectly normal leftist anti-cop circle jerk.

This guy died because he was stupid. Case closed.

Sarcasm noted, and graded a "D".

What I would like to know about is the 8th bullet.

Presumably first one that impacted and spun the perp around...

See, I can post crap without knowing all the facts too.

Actually, the first poster I responded to had a good idea. How about, when you are leaving prison (as this citizen of sterling character had done a month before) we could have the government give them a short 30 minute safety class on how to act in a civilized country. Like, when the police say freeze when you are running from the scene of the crime you actually do it.

it would be cheaper to just train police to identify a threat properly before taking lethal action when already behind cover

no it was not sarcasm so much i am just bored

"He was shot in the back six times. The seventh gunshot wound was slightly to the side of his body but to the back of the side of his body," Omalu said during the news conference. "Each one of these bullets independently possessed a fatal capacity."

so the helicoptor crew claim to have seen him break a window. the ground crew muted their cameras during the event at one point. That is conspiracy.

So in this day and age ceaser deems it acceptable to shoot unarmed unrepentant sinners in the back.

I just can't believe this mess.

I am believing now that in a year or two these officers may get fired just as we seen such swift justice with alton steerling case.

I think ceaser needs to be gaddafied

can anyone say murder?

I also noticed when I brought up that the first bullet of 8 could have spun him around, you edited your OP to not include that 8 bullets struck him.

Pathetic... are you just star trolling today then.
