Pizza!!!!!

Sometimes just plain cheeZe pizza is the best pizza on Earth!!

out of town tonight and found this little hole in the wall pizza joint...almost closing. Went in and asked the for a straight up medium "CheeZe'.

Probably one of the best pies I ever got!

I think I might have hurt myself eating it!....all!!!

I'm still eating some of it...now

I actually like a plain cheese pizza. They are cheap to make at home. I make the crust in the bread machine. I have to start aging it for a day so the crust is crispier though, it should sit in the fridge for twelve hours after the initial raise from what I have read and talked to pizza chefs about, it makes it so it is not so tough. But of course, we usually do not think about it till morning so it never gets to sit for more than a few hours after rising before we start to use it. I guess the enzymes actually break the elasticity of the dough when it rests.

Few understand how to do a plain cheese right.

Pizza sounds real good at this time of night.

I have a love/hate relationship with pizza. Or should I say I hate how much pizza cost and you never know if you're going to like the pizza until it's delivered, and I have unfortunately ordered terrible pizza multiple times for about $20 or more.

Normally my family and I love combination pizza, also known as deluxe or supreme because it comes with most of the toppings. Hawaiian is delicious when prepared right, both cheese and pepperoni... oh, sausage pizza for breakfast! Believe it or not I even like vegetarian pizza I tried at the casino's buffet which had onions, peppers and tomatoes. DELICIOUS!

I am afraid of the word "cheeZe", because as I know the marketing-"geniuses" of the USofA, there will be anything in that stuff but not a single molecule of real goat-sheep-or_cow-milk.

CheeZe, whenever someone has to write the name of a staple food this way, it has nothing to do with the original.


In other news: pizza is very best flat bread covered with finest condiments of the world! PIZZA!
Great, now I am hungry..

Did they have ping pong tables? What did the kill room look like? Are they properly sanitizing it?

Sounds like their Italian cheese bread, but without the garlicky flavor.

If it's rubbery-burned cheese, it's Little C's,

If it's anything else (pepperoni, pineapple, red onion) I have a place. We dip it in ranch
