Bottomline if someone tries to control my speech they are asking for war and they will get it as a result of cause and effect.

I have family in Canada who have described to me a very serious bias in Canada's family law/courts that is systemically biased in favor of 'mothers.' Specifically, 'mothers' seem to be given certain advantages and considerations.

Granted, I don't live in Canada and cannot speak firsthand on the subject.

But, if my family is fairly describing the issue, then it may not be such a bad thing for government to stop focusing on which parent is the 'mother' and which is the 'father.'

That's everywhere. Look up some horror stories to have your mind blown. I've known a couple dudes that got just railroaded constantly for years while I knew them.

It is idiocy. The time be spent on this garbage is just a waste of money. Our current government is focused on righting perceived social wrongs while the country goes sideways.

I wish we had a truly fiscally conservative government. That used math to make decisions. The millions spent on this could have gone into catching stray animals, even that would make the country better.

The longer our government ignores real issues, to deal with these...I don't even care enough to come up with a catchy phrase items, the better.

That leaves more time for us Canucks to deal with real issues before the idiots "in charge" come in and screw it up.

Edit to add: There is a reason we always do so well with a minority government. When their hands are tied, they get to sit on the sidelines and watch us regular folk get stuff done.

So true, it's a source of their tremendous might. Same goes for most Central American countries which has given them the ability to invade the United States unmolested.
