Go, And Sin No More

"Everyone sins!" Have you ever heard someone use that as a reason to justify their disobedience to God's Law? Surely, they are correct, everyone sins! But what they fail to realize, is the spirit of the person who commits the sin. He who breaks God's law, lusting after someone, feels grieved that they even gave themselves to do such a thing. They bow down on bended knee, and asks God for forgiveness of their sin, and for the cleasning of all unrighteousness. He asks God to give him the strength so that he may never do it again. And then, he walks in harmony with his faith, doing everything he can so that he never commits that sin.

Then there are those who sin, and do not care. They do not repent, yet they call themselves Christians. They believe that simply saying sorry is enough, and continue on living their lives in sin. The words of Christ are on their lips, yet their hearts are far from Him. They fornicate, and continue on forward, and fornicate again, and again, and again, with no thought of remorse. Their conscience is not awakened towards the defilement of sin. They do not even try not to fornicate. Replace fornicate with any sin, and you will realize that there are a multitude of people who act just like this. This needs to stop. If we are going to call ourselves Christians, we need to obey everything God tells us to do. His holy Name loses glory in the eyes of the wicked, who see absolutely nothing but the world in us. They cannot see Christ. All they see is sin, evil, and wickedness. This needs to end.

We need to keep God's law. We need to put away our sins, or we will never be worthy to enter into the eternal heavens. Instead, we will die the eternal death, with no hope of the resurrection. Do not make excuses for your sins. If you have sinned, confess your sin, and repent. Do not think, "God will not so much care if I tell a lie here, or tell a lie there." Nay, God will care, for not only are we judged by every idle word that we speak, but we are also judged, but the Bible plainly tells us liars will not be in the kingdom of heaven. If we are not able to tell the truth, we are not welcome.

So all of the approximately 8.7 millon species on earth are free to fornicate as they please, but us humans have to pay some priest $1000, and sign his book for life, before we can get a little jiggy?

Yeah, basically, because we took the knowledge of good and evil for ourselves.

Except they really don't. All of their sex is for establishing social dominance and hierarchy. Where you see chimps fighting and beating and abusing each other physically, you see bonobos using sex for the same purpose. It's a tool. They aren't doing it randomly to get their rocks off. It's in earnest and deadly serious.
