ICE spokesman resigns, citing fabrications by agency chief, Sessions about Calif. immigrant arrests

It's refreshing to see someone in government resign because they don't want to lie. How anyone can paint this as something bad is beyond me.

Well, nevermind. It seems most people that have a problem with this are the ones who believe in loyalty to Donald Trump over everything else.

China is that way if that's the kind of government you're looking for. We don't do kings in America.

What do people not understand about the word "illegal"? They broke the law!
Most countries have a similar law. Yet America is required to have an open border policy with a state largely controlled by a criminal cartel? And if we don't we are xenophobic nationalists?

If this ICE agent wants to resign he can go get a a job as a drug runner or human trafficker for the people he wants to protect.

Sad I have to reiterate this. But I know not all people from Mexico are violent criminals. Unfortunately I don't think the op knows there are some very sick violent people from Mexico who pose a public risk.

The reality of the situation is that as the education level in the country increases, less and less people want to do physical labor jobs. Welfare isn't causing this situation and blaming it shows you need to do some more research into the matter.

There are 40 million actively employed people in the USA workforce. There are 12 million illegal immigrants working in our workforce. That puts illegals at 23% of the workforce. Your telling me, that if we deported EVERY single illegal immediately, companies would not pay more to get people to work? I don't believe that. Our shadow statistics for unemployment is around 10% not. If we deported, not only would we be at full employment, but there would be a work shortage resulting in better wages.

By the way, have you actually considered the logistics of deporting 12.5 million people? The cost, how to round them up, where to hold them until deportation, how to deport them, where to deport them to, etc? You make it sound like deporting 12.5 million people is as simple as waving your hand.

These days...it's not about the truth anymore, it's about scoring points for your side. As we have seen some FBI agents politicized their work duties...why not this guy ? I'm not worried for his position and a paycheck. He'll be amply rewarded for this.

And I find it pretty ridiculous to claim that Mayor's warning to illegal immigrants had absolutely no impact on the number of the arrests....which is what he claims.

He pushed back on that characterization. But how on earth could he know that it isnt the truth ? I wanna know.

He doesnt mind the numbers. Numbers add up. Number of arrests, and number of potential arrests possible. Yet...he a spokes person, who never goes out on the field, a person who just reads scripts for the public dissemination, knows that these warning...simply had no effect on ICE actions.

He just minds the characterization...even though...even the Eskimos know that Cali is doing all that it can..to help their illegals, any way they can.
