Stillwater OK. police have released video footage of a bail agent shooting a client in her office.

The bail agents son set up a go pro camera right before the client arrived.

When they try and take him into custody he attempts to flee out of a window and she pulls a gun from her desk and shoots him in the back ,to the absolute horror of her son who immediately starts crying after witnessing it.

She was charged with 1st degree murder and was acquitted 3 days ago. she said she feared for her life and he was going for the gun.

I say BS. It looks like murder to me. You decide for yourself.

TILLWATER — Jurors Friday acquitted a Stillwater bail agent of first-degree murder in the August shooting death of one of her clients.

Chasity Dawn Carey let out a loud gasp as the “not guilty” verdict was announced. She then cried and hugged her attorneys.

If there was a bench warrant for arrest issued by a judge , just the act of fleeing would have been just cause.

WTF?

He wasn't "going for the gun", she pulled it out and murdered him.

Did the jury not see the tape?

After the shooting, Carey told investigators she and Williams struggled for the gun and he was shot. Police later arrested Carey after viewing the video and no struggle was seen.

The very act of bail jumping is causation for a bench warrant depending on the original charges.

Where does it say you can shoot people in the back if they have a bench warrant?

She better save her pennies, If the family sues in civil court she's going to lose everything she owns.

Best Justice system in the world.

Out of curiosity, what was he being brought in for?

She was way too calm for someone who felt their life was in danger. I'm not buying her story for a second. I wish that the video showed the whole room but how could he have been going for her gun if it was in the drawer until after he went out the window?

Under certain bench warrants , it could be shoot on sight...
You do know if you post bail for someone , that person is released into YOUR custody....
Wonder what the original charges were. A violent crime ?
Dont know.

Police said Williams was arrested in late July 2017 and charged with three counts of second-degree burglary, as well as possession of marijuana.

Well, he clearly deserved summary execution.

Shot him in the back? Yep, it's murder, just not in the 1st degree, it wasn't premeditated. The AG probably did this lady a 'favor' and overcharged her.

She isn't guilty of 1st degree murder, but she sure as hell is guilty of 2nd degree murder. This is a prime example of corruption in the system.

Really? I have a feeling you completely just made that up. Care to provide a link to support that?

I wonder if others will be interested in using her as a bondsman given this result.
