The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) awarded four Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with Firm Fixed Prices for the solicited Border Wall Design Build requirements under CBP Solicitation# HSBP1017R0022. The four awardees are Caddell Construction CO (DE) LLC, Fisher Sand & Gravel Co, Texas Sterling Construction Co and W.G. Yates and Sons Construction Co.

Caddell Construction CO (DE) LLC will provide the construction of a solid wall prototype and construction along the American-Mexican border. The period of performance will commence August 30, 2017 through August 29, 2022 for a duration of five (5) years. The ceiling price of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract is $300,000,000.00.

Fisher Sand & Gravel Co will provide the construction of a solid wall prototype and construction along the American-Mexican border. It has already been known that while the nerve agent used was of Russian invention, the chemical formula for it was leaked long ago meaning that a lot of different places know it. It's hardly a super secret thing, so that's why you can't just say that since the Russians invented it, it had to be the Russians doing the hit.

One would expect that any foreign agent looking to study and figure out how to counter this stuff would have developed at least a limited amount for R&D purposes of various sorts by now.

“Because of the $700 & $716 Billion Dollars gotten to rebuild our Military, many jobs are created and our Military is again rich,” Trump wrote in a posting about the increase in military spending. “Building a great Border Wall, with drugs (poison) and enemy combatants pouring into our Country, is all about National Defense. Build WALL through M!”

Yeah, I noted that too. I Loved when he said there will never be another War too ! There's not much we can do about Mother Nature or acts of God....but Dammit we can't let the Vampires and Bee Whores full fill their twisted WW3 plans to take over the World !

If I were Trump, here's what I would do regarding the SES and much much more.

It's a matter of Recruitment, as with all replacements, even if scaling down overall staffing requirements for the US government ie: making it smaller and more responsive.

The SES are the unelected front line Department Managers in every department throughout the 22,000 approx. direct Government employees, and they number about 8,000 or so.

This is very simple.

1) Sourcing and Recruiting - The Pipeline

LinkedIn now contains a profile for roughly 80% (conservatively) of all US professionals, both private and public sector.

Suggestion (if Q reads) - Contact LinkedIn in Ireland (got to bypass their California ops which may have problems) and have them build a special, custom-made public sector application job board and CRM (costomer resource mgmt platform). I recommend Kellyanne Conway to run it like an internal high end headhunting operation from which would surface the cream of the crop in every discipline, then run through a series of vetting procedures, including reference checking and even a personality profile assessment (there's so many great ones to choose from, Myers Briggs comes to mind here), which then places all applicants and sought after candidates (the best of the best need to be actively recruited where most on LinkedIn are already passively receptive to begin with) into a funnel and a pipeline. At the government's end would be all the procedures and steps in the placement process, from meeting in person, to the 2nd and as needed 3rd interview and final vetting.

The Executive Office of the POTUS across the street from the Whitehouse would make a great location for this firing and hiring operation. Just clear out the space, add the pros, including actual Headhunters maybe from New York City, and LOAD THE PIPELINE, first with 10,000 people, then 20,000 (in anticipation of the next round of housecleaning).

These people you're replacing with would then represent the best of the best that America has to offer ie: not insiders networked into the establishment "system".


Then, with that pipeline in place.

2) FIRE the SES, replace them all, then fire and replace another 10,000, and that's most of the government employees right there.

And don't forget to rip the # out of the deep state aka the permament government, which is what this is.

The "shadow government" is something other than the deep state, like the deep deep state that you hardly even know about and that doesn't show up on any government org chart.

By the time you get to them, you'd already be rolling.

The greatest resource and capital, in any human endeavour is intellectual capital and human performance.

Trump knows this, of course, but he's got to get ONTO it and FAST!!! Lightening fast thus the proposed idea, which could be done fast and up and running within 30 days, 60 max.

It would change everything. The reverse "weaponization" of the US government as it relates to the American people themselves and their best interests, hopes and dreams.
