I googled combat crew and it came up on AF website. I also googled the oak leaf cluster and found it listed that way. The cluster does seem off. As for combat controllers a lot are assigned to Army Airborne units but that is different than what he says.. so I guess we have to take it for what it's worth. I have some friends at Transcom I will ask them on Monday about all of it.

ive always thought the fbi just let these guys do their shooting.... they are on their radar, yet the fbi does nothing?

imo they let them happen.....either for the uptick in firearm purchases after them cause people think are gonna be banned, to have more security to monitor social media (germany for example) or to push their anti gun agenda to try and disarm the people... or maybe all of it

Your supposition is based on one FB search. The writer himself only claims he was a "combat crew member". He could have been on a tank or IFV. Not uncommon.

His comment on the SCI and pistol qualification is partially inaccurate but not absurd. He was young and it was a long time ago? Sounds like an old dude bragging about his Army days.

I agree his statements on USSS and FBI involvement (or lack there of) is troubling if true. Since I have no data one way or the other to support or counter his claim, as a whole, I tend to believe him.

ETA: I am having a hard time finding anything on the USSS routinely conducting shooter drills at random high schools. Could just be me.

It wasn't just Facebook, and what I did find on Facebook was a guy with the same name claiming the same work history in the same locations and same jobs as the writer in the OP. That's a little odds-defying, but I don't discount the possibility that it's not the right person. It's possible, but I wouldn't bet on it.

It would be under the umbrella of DHS. The only specific mention I've found is this, which talks about how USSS and FBI have been going out and working with schools since 2013.

Probably, which is a problem for me when you're using them to try and paint yourself as an expert worth listening to because of them.

I'm not old, countering your point that he's just old and bragging isn't itself bragging, and I wasn't in the army.

I'm a retired Combat Controller and this guy is a complete imposter... our CCT(Combat Control Team) Brotherhood is outing this guy everywhere
