Just a clarification regarding the driver that seems a bit confusing from the submission. The driver also perished in the crash, it is his family going to the courts to clear his name.
The one survivor, I believe a bodyguard was sitting in the front passenger seat. I am not up to date on his condition or whether any information ever came from him after the crash.

Trevor Rhys-Jones was the only survivor.
He was sitting in the front passenger seat, and was wearing the seat belt.

Yes you are right. Also, it was not until an hour later that they discovered him in the car! It took them 52 minutes to get Princess Diana to the hospital, and one paramedic was photographed talking on a cell beside the ambulance with her inside, on the way to the hospital..Strange I think.

I have a friend who lives in Paris who says apparently there are 4 hospitals within spitting distance (15 minutes max) of the crash site, which begs the question why did it take so long to get to one?
No, they had to get rid of her...she was a loose cannon, and God forbid she ever got pregnant by a Arab.
