Well, there goes the Judicial System... The final blow to accountibility indeed, and now they will be fully without recourse to the law. Forcing class action suits against major coporations into federal courts, with Bush appointed judges. Anybody seeing the pattern yet?

A political coup of grand proportion. The system was learned then exploited. In order to pull off such a large scale takeover you have to convince your enemy to trust you. Enter problem-reaction-solution.

The other master stroke is to divide your enemy and then ensure both sides trust you. While your enemy is busy fighting itself you have time to put your army into position without being noticed. The more divisions you are able to create in your enemy's army the weaker they become.

You also have to monitor the distraction level of the enemy. You don't want the divisions to have time to wonder about why they are divided.

Once you have your enemy completely surrounded with no way out and they are suitably weakened with little or no weapons left; then and only then do you impliment the final blow. With the utmost surprise and extreme patience a victory is almost guaranteed. Game Theory at it's finest.
