Aside from the fact that any big natural disaster will attract organized child traffickers... Could it be a cultural thing in the sense that Haitian children grow up with bigger fears of dark rituals and entities than in most other regions of the world? And if true would that help so inclined persons in squeezing out even more suffering from those poor little souls?

I want to be clear that I am guessing wildly I have not enough knowledge of Haiti and it's culture to speak with any authority.

The story seems to be that the "rescuing" of orphans has many different motives. Politically, this email talks about a race to rescue the children and how that would sound publically in the news, especially during a congressional race. It outlines how someone could be quickly moved from a place like Haiti, through the courts there and into the US through a US customs port in Pittsburgh by using "Humanitarian Parole", which is granted by "supervisors" of the port director (Joseph Klaus). The whole effort is apparently organized by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) which seems a little strange to me.

My take is that stories are embellished from Haiti to get a batch of unnamed/unregistered orphans into the US on the fast track. Official protocol is not followed and the data is fudged. In this case, a group of kids with set registered names are pushed to be rescued and they are listed as being in the adoption pipeline pre-earthquake. In reality, the kids who actually get shipped do not match the identities of the aforementioned names. They are "new", as Patrick Kennedy explains to Cheryl Mills. They aren't in any database or registered with embassies as seems to be usually required. So who are they? Why don't the names match? What happened to the original kids on the list?

The email is convoluted but there is some good information and lots of people involved which may be worth looking into.

With the MB connections she is reputed to have, it had to be completely set up and controlled. Muslim women do not marry outside the faith unless it is a total lie permitted to advance the cause of the faith.

Because in hardcore Shari'a the children are the faith of the father by birth and in Judaism the faith is matriarchal.

In this case, the children can't be either. Weiner is Jewish and his children can't be Huma's faith either. Like a little Abrahamic catch-22 going on. Incredibly cruel thing to do to the kids.

The traditions of the region play a part for sure. Haitian Voodoo represents another layer of intrigue.

Sex tourism is about taboo. The more profane the more profitable.

Children who don’t speak the native language can disappear without a trace. Especially in instances where CPS is complicit.

Is it wrong to think the ritual grew up as a way to mark children and make them less marketable?

Strzok keeps looking like the most incompetent and corrupt FBI agent ever recruited. I already discussed the possibility of the hidden server getting used as an auction house to sell off state secrets to the highest bidder with you. Now we have this imbecile not following up on a possible breach on the email server during the investigation. I'm not a forensic analyst but that sounds like a load of BS. The FBI agent charged with investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server became aware of a possible breach, but never followed up, Fox News Channel has reported.

Citing sources familiar with the investigation, Fox News reported Peter Strzok discovered an irregularity in the server’s metadata in 2016 - just before the presidential election - but did not conduct a formal damage assessment.

According to intelligence community guidelines, damage assessments are done in the wake of a possible disclosure of classified national intelligence.

Mr. Strzok was removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe because he sent anti-Trump texts to his lover, FBI attorney Lisa Page. The texts called Trump an “idiot” and “loathsome” while discussing an “insurance policy” in case he gets elected.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz, who is investigating how the agency handled the Clinton probe is said to be investigating the allegations, Fox News said. Neither the FBI nor the Inspector General’s Office provided comment to the network.

Mr. Strozk helped edit former FBI Director James Comey’s July 2016 public statement recommending against criminal charges in the Clinton probe, according to media reports.

In an early draft from May 2016, Mr. Comey said it was “reasonably likely” that “hostile actors” had gained access to Ms. Clinton’s private email account, according to published reports. But that was changed to say it was “possible” the account was breached, Fox News said.

Mr. Horowitz’s report on the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation is expected to be released soon.
