What makes you think he's worth a damn on security issues? I never heard of this guy, so I've been reading his Wikipedia page. His background is as a corporate lawyer. He has no expertise in national security, foreign affairs, or anything even related to that that I can see, and his voting record gives me the impression he has a serious lack of understanding of security issues.

Sure. If you support a neoconservative national security position I can understand your position.

However, he supports the 4th amendment and has expressed constant concern over the same issues that are popping up now and did during John ashcroft as well.

Maybe you just don't know politics that well.

My position is mostly based on the fact that he has no qualifications in national security. Is that debateable? If I don't know anything, educate me. What are his credentials? All I saw was that he was on a House subcommittee on National Security. That sounds like he might know something, except it's a subcommittee of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. It basically means he was assigned to find things in the defense budget that he thinks aren't important and could be cut, despite having no other apparent expertise in national security. I mean, I said I'm new to this guy. If I'm wrong, please point out my errors. Does he have some security credentials that aren't listed on his Wiki?

If you read my edit to my last post, you'll see that I let you know that I saw that you DID post some quotes to back up your beliefs.

If Trump favors police brutality, that's wrong and I don't support police brutality.

But what does that have to do with the alleged crimes of people at the FBI, DOJ, etc? As far as I know, Trump hasn't perpetrated any police brutality on those guys. But there is plenty of evidence to suggest those guys were doing things that are illegal to do, in their positions of power.

But this week when the information not included in the previous memo which may not show oh we got em proof that he can giggle over is offered in a attitude of fairness of course he says no.

SillyOld, have you considered that perhaps the reason that the FBI and Justice Department didn't want Trump releasing the memo was because it contained information which showed them to be acting in ways that would implicate them in wrongdoing?
