Not sure where you got X class flare from. Your link doesn't saying anything about an X class flare.

M-Class Flares seem like not much to worry about. The site informs that they:
" can cause brief radio blackouts that affect Earth's polar regions. Minor radiation storms sometimes follow an M-class flare"
