Various people and their versions of the Dylan classic All Along The Watchtower.
So many people have covered this. Just go to YouTube , search it and you will probably find over 100 artist that have add their color to it. These are
my 3 favorites.
This version is one of those songs that I think some kid 30 years from now will here it and feel something..it's that powerful. I have often thought
that a great song, regardless of genre , transcends time , styles, age, gender, whatever this version works that way for me..
This version is a much different feel to it..Lisa Gerrard , the female part of the legendary Dead Can Dance, giving a sort of Portishead-slowed
down-drawn out version with her distinct voice..
Finally maybe my favorite which is the version by Bear McCreary that played such a huge part in the amazing BSG 2004-2009.
A different feel but no less urgent and powerful then the Hendrix version...
