Thy Shall Not Know

I'm the gatekeeper
I'm here to stop you breaking through
Not because I know,
what lays on the other side
but because I want you,
to be no more than me.
I reached this spot long ago
but was scared to step through
the ring of fire.
At some point, I decided
I didn't want to be free
It's safer to play the you and me.
This way, I get to be master
My mission is to keep you dancing
Convince you that life is...
a life of servitude.

of all limitations.

Come to me
and we can talk about frustrations.
I don't believe in solutions.
Only Revolutions.

I believe it’s the 27th line in this writing that I find a word that I can not find a definition. What is “difiner”?...

All in all I really love this prose and general underlying message.

To be honest, I would say the definer is a very small part of the mind that defines and is very artful at it. what a reply to: agentblue

Very nice.

But a microbe has not evolved enough to know yet either.

Everything is just a matter of time and compounding complexity.

Humans think they are ready for *everything* now.

But granted, our own minds do sabotage us, with our own permission
due to fear.

That's why certain fakir swallow their tongue, to keep themselves moments
from death, to conqueror fear of death and unsnarl that part of the mind.

I don't recommend the practice.

There are many better ones to unlock the mind.
