How do you see observational comedy?
Usually by observing it.

I saw a fellow mechanic trainee MIG welding while sitting down and told him that was a Fing stupid idea. He told me to go piss off right before he caught the crotch of his pants on fire.
True story-and it was really funny watching him smack the crap out of his crotch putting himself out.
I did not help.

Umm, usually I would help someone with a problem. But when it approaches a small fire located on the area below the equator on a fellow mechanic, I have a very strict hands off policy. Besides I could see after a few solid smacks to his junk he had it (the fire) out.
This happens to almost every trainee, they want to sit to weld. There are far too many sparks thrown for that.

I'm into "theoretical comedy" because the jokes in my head are better than anyone else's.

Who can argue with that? Aburdity can be seen anywhere there is looking happening.
When one is young: they'll put you on medication, and send you to be "rehabilitated".
When one gets older: one can easilier get-away with being the only one in the sombre bank line-up, with a big cheesy grin, for no reason apparent to any outside observer.
