I need help..

I need help to set up my blog, I think you are only given a month then it is deleted. The problem is, I cannot understand the css and Ph thing, no matter how much I read so if any of you have any advice, tips I would appreciate it very much.I cannot even get the red line as in a link to a story I have started in it to show up in my posts.

When you mention red line in your posts, do you mean a link to your blog in your signature?

That and how to set it up..the whole thing is like reading Russian..I can't undestand it..
