Avitar issues

Hello, for some reason my avitar does not seem to be showing up when i set it within my settings. it's well within the size limitations required, and i've tried posting it to 2 seperate web accounts i have, and none seem to do the trick.

help?

how does this image shack thing work anyway?

I uploaded to them, copied the url they made up and pasted in my profile and all I got was red x

i miss playing around with my avatars

Image Shack is easy, just hit the "Choose File" button, choose your image file, and the hit the "host it!" button. You'll be given the URL to use in several formats.

yah i did that and copied the forum format and pasted here but instead of my image i got the red x

right now my current avatar is from the old ats upload

nevermind I figured it out.

only the "direct link for image" format works for me.

hmm, I used ImageShack before..but photobucket is way better than imageshack..(in my opinion)

Image Shack have some problems to host some of my pictures..dont know why, they just don´t load.

So I switched to Photobucket.com and I am happy with it
