According the The Federalist write-up, Damore and Gudeman did what every smart corporate drone should do. They documented, so there are apparently screen-caps in the legal complaint.

In screenshots laid out in the lawsuit, “Googlers” as they call themselves, talk openly of blacklisting and purging the company of employees whose views or identities are deemed outside the bounds. ... “We want to be inclusive of people not ideas” one employee identified as Alon Altman wrote in a message included in the lawsuit. Damore says that sentiment was backed up at an Inclusion and Diversity Summit he attended in June, when he was told by Google employees the company does not value “viewpoint diversity,” but actively strives for “demographic diversity.”

The Federalist article includes some of those screenshots and lists 19 of what they call the most insane things out of the legal complaint. Like having a talk from someone who lectured on "Living as Plural Being" including detailed instruction on how to address that "people" -- you know, because they're *all* listening!
