John Greenewald over at BlackVault has also been doing some digging via FOIA,

See : To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science, Tom Delonge, and the Secret DoD UFO Research Program

....I respectfully request a copy of records, electronic or otherwise, of the following: all documents pertaining to the outline, mission statement, objectives, etc of the DOD Aerospace Threat Program.

But John received a response and was told no records could be identified.

His conclusions:

There are three possibilities:

1) The DoD is lying — which under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) — if proven — is actually more of a damning situation than you might think.

2) The program is being blown out of proportion, is misinformation, or doesn’t even exist.

3) For whatever reason, the DoD doesn’t have an outline, mission statement, objectives, etc of the DOD Aerospace Threat Program as my specific request asked for, but it does exist. It would be highly doubtful, but a possibility, so my “no records” response is simply directed at my specific request.....

The piece also hints that Senator Reid may well have been returning a few favours after Bigelow donated funds to him..

The investigation is ongoing and Mr.Greenewald's page is well worth the read.

Holy crap! I haven't been on ATS in a while, life happened but damn I'm glad I logged in today. This is the kind of thread I miss on ATS and is why I joined almost 10 years ago. I am going to sit here, drink my coffee and read what you have posted and post if I have anything to add.

Personally for me I don't think disclosure will ever happen, in my lifetime at least.

I didn't mention:

en.wikipedia.org...

If the Casimir effect can apply to nanoscale structures in the brain/nervous system,
then this would solve the "quantum linkage to a non-quantum system conundrum".

If indeed quantum-level boltzman brains can "wiggle" the quantum vacuum to
communicate with us, via the Casimir effect and nano scale structures in our
brains..

that explains the "ugly truth", that practicing mystics CANNOT cause "effects"
"on their own". But they CAN communicate with "spirits" (possibly Botlzmann
brains) and the boltzmann brain entity could "wiggle the quantum vacuum"
to produce effects.

due to entropy, we can't wiggle back really.. but they can "wiggle us".

This is also part of the goat/sheep phenomenon.

If the "spirits" don't want to play .. nothing happens.

When they do.. stuff happens.

Only we don't know what their agenda really is.

all "hypothetical" of course.

*cough*

And there it is in a nutshell.
Just how does anyone propose that it be disclosed? That the threat we've all perceived from without has been within the entire time.

O_oooo Doesn't this get dicey?
Anyone else thinking that telling the general public that the millions of dollars that have been wasted on things that are there, yet not there, and well Oops we're sorry? is going to go well?

Forget about people having religious meltdowns, how about no way is there any good way to spin this. The threat is here, can touch anyone at any time an in fact has been. Anyone can be "corrupted" so to speak.

Disclosure would indeed crash everything.

The entirety of Ufology would be shown for a sham but not for reasons we've expected. Maybe this is why TDL and the associated Players have gone the entertainment route? It would be the most firm ground to stand on. It would also keep them all out of the implosion of disclosure.

[Cough*...cough*] Indeed!!

If something like that is true, then indeed yes.

But despite my life's work --- all a theory.

I've wanted to "disclose" various things that I've experienced or theorized,
some of which has been shared with "the hidden college".

It could all be pure BS.

But it's worth pondering.

It seems to be the way the research is headed so no reason to discount it yet.

Bits an pieces of your overall theory have been leaking out for awhile from some of the main players in this. Alluded too, edges nibbled at etc....

As much fun as it is for some to hang onto the psy-op aspect, or chase every move of the IC guys by doing so they are going to miss the "beef" of the matter. It blows that science will be playing catch-up but better late than never.

About the only problem with your theory is that "It fits".
An it came out preemptively.

It may be time for people to just get over their $&#! an get on board an start making some progress instead of Phaffing around? I would think so.

Cheers!

For anyone interested, Hal Puthoff will be on Coast To Coast Am this Sunday night with George Knapp hosting.
If you don't know how to listen to Coast To Coast you can download "TuneIn" app and get it through Supertalk Mississippi WKBB.

I pretty much don't listen in to C2C unless the 'guest' sounds appealing...and given all the TDL/TTS hoopla as of late, this ep. may be worth checking out. Thanx for bringing that up...

I don't do any triangle research! I am too busy reading about Trumpton these days.

But I am also aware that we shouldn't stray off topic either.

So in other news about the TTSA project. In case anyone missed it.

The Nimitz UFO case from 2004 was proudlay announced by Chris Mellon with a huge photo behind him, a little blurred out, as he described how the tic tac UFO was spotted.

The original photo dates back to 2005 and was taken in Manchester, UK : Link and was later proven to be a party balloon.

Note that Mellon did not claim it was an original photo of the incident either. But it seems a little deceptive to have used it.

Apparently they put more effort in their financial research than in their UFO research…

JV and i have great, meaningful discussions about UFOlogy and science. But close to nothing about the TDL venture. Im sure that NDA is a major factor..but it seems to me that there is very little "there" there. There seems no doubt that the "antenna effect"project is important and real...JV is in charge of the data analysis. In my experience he never ever lies. At most he keeps silent. Its pretty obvious that Kit Green is very interested in this topic as well.

I flat out asked why the silly spin and disinformation but got no response. (I didn't expect any). Sometimes one has to accept "social realities".. I do understand.

Honestly i do not believe that this TDL thing is supposed to have any value for the public.

A few benefit financially.
A few want to do or benefit from research.

Imho thats it.

Certainly no "disclosure".

Since there are no ships there can't be.

What really exists is too spooky to ever disclose.

My opinion. I certainly don't speak for anyone officially or unofficially. Im an outsider too...that just happens to know some pieces.

Found the Vallee interview where he mentions what KPB so neatly laid out for us, an where the data is leading.

I waited for Dr. Vallee to finish talking about how he and his colleagues are willing to share their samples to whomever wants to conduct their own experiments, and I excitedly jumped in
to ask him: “are you saying these results suggest we’re dealing with an agency not only capable of manipulating the space-time continuum –the way you and other researchers have documented in plenty of cases– but ALSO capable of transforming energy into matter, and vice versa?”

I almost jumped out of my chair when he replied with a resounding “Oh yes!”

www.dailygrail.com...

It's a tiny almost innocuous thing an apparently missed by many altho quite in plain sight. While the interviewer calls it "an agency" it's interchangeable with Boltzman Brains.

Grant Cameron does a very clear an easy explanation of Antenna's an some other relevant things in his latest video as well. The discoveries of the difference in Experiencers/Antenna's brains is something I've been hammering on for many years altho I said it differently an had no data.

Briefly the theory we had was that by accident of biology some people were magnets for "the weird" an it had to do with how their brains were wired. The theory was that whatever you call "the weird" it had to interact with a human before puberty to solidify the biological disposition of the person to facilitate ongoing experiences.

That whatever you call "the weird" an now we're calling it Boltzman Brains, was always living here alongside of us but due to our limited biology we don't normally perceive them. We only see in certain spectrums, we only hear in certain spectrums so are biologically limited. Doesn't mean other things/beings aren't around us, we just literally can't perceive them.

Little pissy quite frankly that for the last 12 years we apparently "nailed it" but some UFO guys late to the party call it "antenna's" an all of a sudden it's a new discovery?

No..no it isn't, they're just very late to the party.

This was posted before but again....Grant Cameron gets into it by minute 6.

Yup.

Whats beneath all the disinformation.

But so little is known about it, that there are varying opinions.

There's the Collins Elite group and their thinking.

There's the JV information.

Theres the Kit Green information.

Theres supposedly Hal Puthoff information..i can't say..never spoke to the man...know one of his coauthors on scientific papers pretty well...

Then there is my information which from time to time causes extreme excitement.

Proof? Not really.

Real research and a lot of excitement?

Yes.

But no ships.

So ultimately the phenomenon which causes UFOs is much broader than just "UFOs".

I like to say that "UFOlogy" is the study of a particular form of disinformation and nothing more.

What people supposedly see as UFOs, could be seen as the Stay Puft Marshmallow man under different conditions.

So take that response as you will.

And sure there experimental aircraft and (no doubt) continuing experiments with EM to scramble peoples brains (like the Russia embassy event).

But thats not the real deal either...except peripherally.

My 2.5 cryptocurrency.

This little UFO investigation group by Bigelow and To The Stars Academy is all starting to smell a bit rotten to me and is obviously some kind of psyops or a financial con after reading the Black Vault story. It's just something else to turn serious studies into a laughing stock and make Ufology into some kind of circus, clowns and all.

I've been studying this phenomenon since around 1974. They are very late to the party. Great post, and I'm glad that interview is out there.

That comment about puberty is indeed correct.. Only the bright boys don't know why i dont think.
Its not really a great mystery. Well all knowledge is empirical i guess. In one form or another the knowledge is over 5000 years old.

But how all this woo from the past relates to real world physiology is the "secret".

See my above post, I barely touched the ramifications.

The information is leading to KPB's Theory. All the biggies in the field are moving in that direction, Vallee, Bigelow , the invisible Collage etc...

Ask yourself just how can Disclosure happen if what we're assumed all this time ISN'T ET's but Quantum beings who live alongside of us, are parasitic and live alongside of us? We have no vaccine, no defense.

Just how many years of Congressional Hearings are there gonna be once it comes out a major chunk of our Defense Budget was spent chasing Beings that are here & not here? Who knew what when? Ad Nauseum.

That all religions were basically an INFECTION of Humans by these beings?

The knowledge that no one at any time is immune from being infected so mostly everything an anyone you've trusted is now in question?

Oh this will crash us in major MAJOR ways.
Probably more ramifications than I am seeing but these highlights are just the tip of the iceberg. Spooky it certainly is.

Just an idea I had, but tossing it out anyways.
TDL and Players knowing what Disclosure is HAVE to go with an entertainment platform to distance themselves from the blowback outlined in my above post.

It's like watching all the IC guys running like rats from a ship so when SHTF they are now private citizens an can't be dragged thru the drama like they would if they were still in Govt employ. Pretty ingenious, crafty and self serving.
But it does make sense.

It's also an indicator of the size and severity of Implosion THEY are anticipating.
It's bad enough they wanna be Waaaaaaay over THERE when it blows.

Id like to point out that its humans which take a usually innocuous thing and turn it into "parasites".

Imho the Universe is filled with Boltzmann brain type things...which exert a subtle pressure which over millenia might influence evolution..to form bodies and brains to explore this crazy 5% of the Universe we call normal space/time.

Are there creepy crawlies too? You bet. They tend to be attracted to people who obsess about them...like the Collins Elite and some misinformed religious people.

But we could easily never experience them that way...or experience UFOs...but humans are a young and destructive race... Our own worst enemies.
