....I respectfully request a copy of records, electronic or otherwise, of the following: all documents pertaining to the outline, mission statement, objectives, etc of the DOD Aerospace Threat Program.
There are three possibilities:
1) The DoD is lying — which under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) — if proven — is actually more of a damning situation than you might think.
2) The program is being blown out of proportion, is misinformation, or doesn’t even exist.
3) For whatever reason, the DoD doesn’t have an outline, mission statement, objectives, etc of the DOD Aerospace Threat Program as my specific request asked for, but it does exist. It would be highly doubtful, but a possibility, so my “no records” response is simply directed at my specific request.....

I didn't mention:

If the Casimir effect can apply to nanoscale structures in the brain/nervous system,
then this would solve the "quantum linkage to a non-quantum system conundrum".
If indeed quantum-level boltzman brains can "wiggle" the quantum vacuum to
communicate with us, via the Casimir effect and nano scale structures in our
brains..
that explains the "ugly truth", that practicing mystics CANNOT cause "effects"
"on their own". But they CAN communicate with "spirits" (possibly Botlzmann
brains) and the boltzmann brain entity could "wiggle the quantum vacuum"
to produce effects.
due to entropy, we can't wiggle back really.. but they can "wiggle us".
This is also part of the goat/sheep phenomenon.
If the "spirits" don't want to play .. nothing happens.
When they do.. stuff happens.
Only we don't know what their agenda really is.
all "hypothetical" of course.
*cough*

I don't do any triangle research! I am too busy reading about Trumpton these days.
But I am also aware that we shouldn't stray off topic either.
So in other news about the TTSA project. In case anyone missed it.
The Nimitz UFO case from 2004 was proudlay announced by Chris Mellon with a huge photo behind him, a little blurred out, as he described how the tic tac UFO was spotted.
The original photo dates back to 2005 and was taken in Manchester, UK : Link and was later proven to be a party balloon.
Note that Mellon did not claim it was an original photo of the incident either. But it seems a little deceptive to have used it.
I waited for Dr. Vallee to finish talking about how he and his colleagues are willing to share their samples to whomever wants to conduct their own experiments, and I excitedly jumped in
to ask him: “are you saying these results suggest we’re dealing with an agency not only capable of manipulating the space-time continuum –the way you and other researchers have documented in plenty of cases– but ALSO capable of transforming energy into matter, and vice versa?”
I almost jumped out of my chair when he replied with a resounding “Oh yes!”

This little UFO investigation group by Bigelow and To The Stars Academy is all starting to smell a bit rotten to me and is obviously some kind of psyops or a financial con after reading the Black Vault story. It's just something else to turn serious studies into a laughing stock and make Ufology into some kind of circus, clowns and all.
