Vanity Fair Suggests That Hillary Clinton Take Up Knitting and the Twittersphere Is Not Happy About It -
Vanity Fair staffers provide snotty, condescending life tips for Hillary Clinton
Vanity Fair sorry for suggesting Hillary Clinton 'knit'
But the suggestion that attracted the greatest criticism on social media was that Mrs Clinton "take up a new hobby in the new year: volunteer work, knitting, improve comedy - literally anything that will keep you from running again".

"fun"?
this is petty myspace gossip at this point.
old hag would have been behind bars at least twenty years ago by any standard of law in this country, but instead she's subject to what I can only compare to teenage girls name calling.
pathetic.

This is gold.
More realistic hobbies for Hillary Clinton:
7) Go to an Escapology bar
8) Take a tour of historic Alcatraz
9) Sign up for a cooking class on how to conceal chisels in yummy apple pies
10) Hire Martha Stewart to be your Prison Coach
11) Watch "Prison Break". Take notes
Defarge’s knitting is both camouflage and badge. Dickens has her as a tricoteuse (in English, a knitter), one of those terrible women who would take their knitting and watch the public beheadings in Paris during the revolution. They are tough, unforgiving and ruthless. Their knitting may seem harmless, but their needles have sharp points.
Madame Defarge takes her knitting one step further – she weaves in the names of the victims of the guillotine. Her whole being is consumed by revenge and she will not rest until her bloodthirsty desires are satisfied. Despite his female 'villain' being the barrier to the happiness of innocent people, Dickens never allows us to loathe Madame Defarge: she has been done a monstrous wrong.
