Sorry all if this is a non-story. I was just before headed out of work when I saw this and I didn't want to lose the story on my Twitter, so i thought I would throw it up real quick since it didn't look like a normal arrest.

I do believe there is more to it though with the bullet holes and the unmarked black SUVs.
