rock and roll nightmare

painted this for one of my besties for xmas, based on a couple of screenshots from a B movie (maybe sub-B movie) called rock and roll nightmare.

if you haven't seen it, definitely recommend it... there's an excellent rifftrax of it. believe me, i haven't done the this guy justice, the faces he makes are truly, truly insane.

and yes, my friend will love it... she's the one who recommended the movie to me.

I haven't seen the movie, but that's a very nice painting. I think the colors are great. I like how both the green and blue come out clearly without annihilating each other.

I love the face in the bottom, how the lights and shadow give a nice depth to the face. The face on top makes me think you are secretly John Byrne, my all time favorite comic book artist of all time. Believe me, it's a compliment.

Your friend will assuredly love it. Great gift. I'm envious. lol
