According to this site, the USA is number 44 and Lebanon is 40.

When I googled for the stats, I looked three different sources. Each one is different but the one I'm posting favors my view. I guess we all can do that.

Thank you for posting an alternate stat.
It looks like a general overview, I would like to see the breakdown, murders, rapes..etc.
The one I posted was just the 1st hit, I wasn't looking for anything to prove my point, it just turned out that way.
