I would have liked more description of what the story here is. All I am getting is that OP has seen/owns some pictures of some people in unterpants and something, something military.
What military, where, which country, which branch? Does he know the people, where are the pictures from? What's it to him, why shouldl I care?

just speculating, but perhaps they took the photos under instruction as a symbolic display of submission to a master.

I know exactly what photos the OP is talking about. They were audition photos for a Calvin Klein ad and when Mark Wahlberg got the job the audition photos were sent directly to the OP so he could start this thread about it. I have no idea why the OP waited so long though.
