Sounds good to me. If China want's to be a super power then let them do super power things, like send troops to the middle east. Why does it always have to be us? Why would anyone be upset about this? We're not colonial power anymore, right?

Why dont you just send your troops home where they belong. And why does Chine need to send theirs?

Make your polititions stop making deals that will kill Americans.

I wonder if China intend to establish a FOB in Irbil as a way on keeping eye on the claims that Turkey was facilitating the transit of Chinese terrorists into Syria when all the world's psychos were pouring in with impunity. The Kurds are trying to setup a Socialist system with Marxist ideas. Could it be the Chinese are going to step in and throw their support behind them if the rumors of our support for them ending after the ISIS defeat actually becomes reality??

Its coming to light that the Kurds are actually a Gladio operation of a sort. According to a SDF leader they signed off on the weapons but they were delivered to the Kurds .The long term plan was to break up Turkey and that is why Turkey issued a warrant for Graham Fuller .He has ties to Gulen as well . eta Take a look at this piece and the map www.informationclearinghouse.info...

If you study history, Chinese military conquests are nothing compared to the United States.

yea i remember wayy back in the warring states period they buried something like 400k+ surrendered soldiers alive but thats ancient history

400k+ isn't much, but kill over 1 million natives is a lot. Let alone starting WW1 -> WW2. Use of biological weapons.

Its always the US because its the US that has an oil addiction. Hence the petrodollar.

It always has to be us because we normally start the conflicts in one way or another!

burying 400K surrendered troops alive in a single battle isnt much?

over a few years or decades sure it isnt much, but in one single confrontation?

not suggesting its wrong or what not, it was a war between two states afterall, just putting it out there that China was built through conquest. thinking they are peace loving hippies that wouldnt hurt a fly is naive.

it was a long time ago for sure, but did you miss the part where i said china was made through conquest? and the part where you asked what i was on about?? so now you know.

and if you want to compare how saintly a country is purely by looking at how many countries it has occupied and invaded, shall we compare north korea with USA? they must be saintly right?

just because a country does not yet have the power to invade does not mean they will never invade if they had said power.

The history of every nation was built on conquest. Especially that of European and Central Asian states. But China is most certainly an existential threat to our national interests that must be watched, especially as they move and deploy troops by the thousands at new locations across the globe near some of our strategic interests.

This just came out

Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) refuted as “ baseless” what Sputnik Agency had attributed to it on its website, stressing that that it had not published any news concerning the arrival of Chinese forces in Syria. “ The report of Sputnik on its website concerning the arrival of Chinese troops in Syria is groundless,” SANA said on Saturday, Sputnik has corrected the mistake on its website and apologized for attributing, by mistake, the news to SANA as a source. The apologize came after that SANA asked Sputnik to give a clarification on this mistake and to correct it.

AHA! Thank you for that. See what happens with a little bit of collaborative investigation? However, there is no question that there is a Chinese presence inside of Syria even if it is currently limited to training, logistics, and perhaps some mild advisory roles.

The Chinese are in the Sudan under a UN mandate, based in Djibouti at a new naval port, have liaisons inside of Syria, building a UCAV factory in Saudi Arabia, and are eyeing a new base in Pakistan, militarize artificial islands in the South Sea to expand their maritime borders. They certainly are not sitting on their hands, but they sure are being discreet.

They have shows though what side they have taken, as they feel that Eastern Jerusalem is the capitol of Palestine. I think Turkey is going to soon end their role as double agent and pick a side. Seems like the Eastern powers are backing the Palestinians and we, the Western powers are backing Israel and all the pieces are being moved in place for some kind of showdown.

Getting on the same page and staying there seems to be a issue that caused political conflict at home and outside
