Okay...so here's a couple...(actually in all seriousness too, so read carefully cuz there might be a quiz!
)

Turkey Sammiches - Now everyone knows about turkey sammiches, but here's how to perfect one. It's about half ingredients and half technique in order to wind up with the ultimate leftover turkey sammich. First, just use normally sliced POWB (plain old white bread) (no need to get fancy here). Take a small knife of Helman's mayo and spread it thinly on the bottom slice. Pepper the mayo with cracked black pepper, then place the turkey you like (preferrably a combo of light and dark meat). Don't go too crazy, cuz there's more coming. Now warm up a small bit of stuffing in the microwave (this is important). The turkey can be cold, but the stuffing should be warm enough to be soft. Put a small EVEN layer of stuffing on top of the turkey. Sprinkle with a little salt if you like. Now (and this part is critical), spread a layer of jellied cranberry sauce on the stuffing (ON..THE..STUFFING!!) Then apply a liberal amount of Helman's mayo on the other slice of bread and add fresh cracked black pepper. If you've done it correctly you should have a manageable sized sammich. Now just slice it in half...and enjoy the best turkey sammich you've ever eaten!! (hands down!) The trick to this recipe is getting the cranberry next to the mayo; any other sequence won't be as good.

Mashed Taters - (sadly, we're not having regular mashed potatoes this year, but I digress). This one is super easy. Melt a couple generous pats of salted butter down in a small frying pan (make sure the pan is coated). Then place a couple large scoops of mashed potatoes into the pan. Smash the mashed potatoes down into a 1/2" thick pancake. Cook in the butter until brown on one side then turn and brown on the other. (you can add a little butter when turning if you like, it will help the other side brown). When they're done plate them up and top off with butter, salt and pepper. Best potato pancakes you'll ever eat! (Note - The trick here is to not have the pancake be too thick, because then it's just like browned mashed potatoes).

edit...mixing some chopped green onion into the mashed potatoes prior to frying is also an excellent addition for added flavor.
