That was the allegation that merited such a huge investigation.

* There's a guy named Donald Trump.
* He's got a few bucks saved up.
* He won the 2016 presidential election.
* There's country named Russia out there.

There isn't a single mention of the dossier in that document. It does give info about how the government thinks Russia tried to influence our election, it is simply only that...their assessment on how they think Russia tried to influence the US election.

If I missed it, please point out directly where.

I seem to remember redacted versions appearing first then (can't remember the site but I'm going with) Buzzfeed posted quite a bit of it, all PRE election.

Even one of our most prominent anti-Trumpers disowned that document several months ago:

Actually many people took that document seriously, or have you not been on ATS for the last few months? I remember that dossier was the linchpin behind many supposed Trump scandals and I debated with quite a few people who tried to use that document as a credible source. How convenient that it's now nothing but laughable nonsense, when the right said that they were idiots according the left, because they were so sure that dossier came from trustworthy intel sources. Even then, what's he going to tell them??? He's going to say, 'I heard this from some Russian who heard it from some other Russian who of course heard it from, blah, blah, blah...

Steele can claim he believes it all he wants but that won't make any of it true...Let's not forget that it was Comey and McCabe (the guy who received 750,000 bucks from Hillary people for his wife's failed bid for public office) who paid Steele to come up with this dossier, and when they didn't have enough dirt, they paid him more to come up with something else...
