im still amazed that people think their own personal delusion is more "real" than someone elses

that people actually still think that their reality is more real , than someone who doesnt believe in a deity
that simply because they dont have faith in an unseen being their world is more real, more tangible.

You may have not known the verse was there, but that doesn't mean it wasn't there.

I mean, I never knew (until the Fictional President Bartlett mentioned it in the TV show "The West Wing") that the Old testament says that people who work on the Sabbath day should be put to death. I knew it said to not work on the Sabbath, but I never realized the punishment for doing so was death:

King James Version, Exodus 35:2
"Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death."

You might want to actually read the bible if you aay you have never heard jesus preach hate. I hate ME threads these ME people just assume they know everything and it is not possible for them to be wrong. Seems pretty conceited to me to think the only possibility is an alternate timeline and not that you are wrong

My interpretation, looking at other verses around this, is that he is saying "don't come to me and claim your perfect".
