i cant get the HEX colour menu to pop up?

spent 300 points an its still black text??

i was sure i was putting lime green colour code in??

thats were i tried it from an it says it changed but it appears to be black still for some rerason and i now tried 3 times and 450 points lost later still black text???

#00FF00 = lime green

I have no idea why it wouldn't take. Your color code is correct.

Might not need the hash (#) in front of it for ATS shop perhaps?

ah yes it didnt need the # ah wellit only cost me 750 points bla i want my points back or my old account with allmy profile stuff on it grr hdd wipe an old password lost as new emial an isp provider, strange thing is i try an recover password an it says wrong name or email??

type it without the "#" only the number..
