Man sues over botched testicular surgery!

In a case where Doctor's thinking a man had a malignant testicle removed it at a Bakersfield hospital. Turns out a biopsy was never done and it was not cancerous!So he is suing the hospital and a surgeon.

This is a case where it is evident the Doctor made a major mistake.That is one body part that is very precious, I wonder if he can still father children?

If only one was removed, and assuming he still has one healthy...he can still father a child.
