I think they mean the guy working for the home Security company, ASP or ADT ( I can’t remember the acronym either)

Ultimately the BTK killer they are eluding to in season 2.

I think the real Dennis Rader actually worked for ADT home Security for a time. A easy way to case his victims. Learn the home layout, the family themselves, and of course the Security system he installed.

Quantico is much more unrealistic, romanticized, and cliche. Virtually everyone is sexy except for the nerds and the bad guys.

The guy in Kansas they keep showing but never center on.
It's BTK Dennis Rader.
He stopped murdering for a number of years I think . That's what made it so hard to catch him. I think he eventually just gave himself up but I could be mixing up bad guys here. I guess I could Google him. He was captured not very long ago. I remember when it was in the news.

I think Quantico will be more mascara oriented myself. I started watching but it never pulled me in. I should give it another chance.
