I had a couple of friends who visited Egypt. They said the pyramids were approximately 14 stories in height! They both couldn't grasp the thought that ancient Egyptians could build such structures considering the immense height and the block tonnage used to build them.
I was wondering if they allowed visitors to climb these pyramids? It sounds kind of dangerous considering the height. I would think their would be some hefty liability if someone accidently fell during their climb.
