Years ago at my local kebab shop they had chocolate baklava, damn that was good, it wasn't as sweet as the traditional stuff.......yummy.

I love the traditional ones. they are sticky but the honey and sugar is thinned out with water. So they are moist and sticky but not extremly sweet. The ones I know as "traditional" are made with hazelnut and almonds.

You just sent me on a 30 minute baklava recipe watching spree on YouTube. I have never heard of it until I seen your thread but now I am just dying to try it.
