Following the Transportation Security Administration’s protocols, airport security allowed a bomb dog to sniff the bag for explosives and the dog signaled to the team the presence of dangerous materials in the bag. The concourse was then shut down. The street leading to the airport was shut down.
What investigators eventually found in the bag was AN/FO (Ammonium Nitrate/Fuel Oil) explosives that, according to the criminal complaint, have been used “in a number of terrorist-related incidents around the world.

Ah, but they did not hear about it in the places that matter, or as extensively as you would expect, if other such events, differing in NO important regard whatsoever, were anything to go by (which, by the way, they most certainly are).
The clear implication of the fact that this was not national and international news, is that terrorism only counts if its successful, or attempted by a Muslim, or someone the authorities can pass off as Muslim.
