An Ocean Of Death

Today was rather a strange and yet questionable dream that left me to wonder. I was standing in the ocean standing up to my waist on a beach and all around me was fish, dead, floating rotting fish. I turned around and had a wave cover me and there were waves of dead floating rotting fish, as the wave washed me ashore I saw the beach as far as the eye could see covered in dead fish.

It was a strange dream that left me wondering what it meant or what was the reason behind it, as I stood up watching waves of dead fish mixed in with the water hitting the beach I began to walk back into the water with my arms spread open to the sides. I then said something strange and out of character "Forgive us for we know not what we do with what you gave us". And the ocean itself as if began to bleed and I started to get even more confused by what it all meant...

Then I felt the same voice I usually feel/hear say to me "Be Calm" and as I felt the reassuring voice I closed my eyes and had a wave hit me gently plunging me under the water. As I arose from the water I saw these ships not too far out flipped over, some were rusted and other's looked as if badly damaged and sinking.

I still wonder what this dream meant and what bearings it has, furthermore it raises many questions:

1. Why was there an endless amount of dead fish almost as if a sea of death?
2. Why did the ocean bleed?
3. What was the reasoning behind the ships?
4. What does this voice want?

Each night I keep pondering the meanings of it all forever endless questions and trains of thought.

Way out on a limb...

The Straits of Hormuz are the worlds most important shipping 'choke point' for oil tankers leaving the Persian Gulf.

The biggest fear Big Oil Corporations have is some country sinking a tanker or two in the shipping lane blocking the strait and paralyzing the world economy. Maybe in your dream you saw the result of that happening from the nearby shore.

Death is often of symbol of transformation and rebirth. Oceans are the deepest depths of your mind. Don't get too hung up on the images but your feelings. People's dream symbols are personal. But overall your dream sounds like a transformation of consciousness type dream to a greater level of awareness.

You should dwell into all my other dreams, they've been on quiet a rise lately as specially since I've been trying to speak to God, It, Creation or Whatever it is.

Were your legs slowly decaying due to radiation contamination ?

Dead fish could be human sinners standing on the sand foundation where they will drown when the spiritual tidal wave hits this planet. Same goes for the ships.

Its Jesus advising you to be weary of major changes coming to the Earth. In Matthew 24:6 He says '...but see to it that you are not alarmed...'

Same thing happened to me Friday 6th Oct where I heard the words 'Be at ease' whilst listening to the wind and the waves at a beach with eyes closed.

I'm not much of a religious man, hell if I am a son of God I'd be the most disappointing and most defiant one of them all Hahaha.

Your dream reminds me of the red tide I have experienced several times in Florida on the Gulf. It's really disgusting-the look and smell of all kinds of dead fish everywhere.

Your dream makes me think you are feeling especially depressed, without hope and there is no worse feeling.

The old rusted ships may remind you of past, lost opportunities and regret.

We have all felt dismay and depression about our lives at times and it easily seeps into our sleeping time.

Don't dwell too much on dreams-that's all they are. Go out and make new more positive dreams for yourself.

Bad dreams are in your past.

See I'd agree with you there but the thing is these dreams aren't dreams like we would consider from a psychiatric or psychological perspective. But none the less thank you for your input.

Like the oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.

Your dream reflects an awareness of disturbance and destruction in nature, which is really bad this year. The Atlantic Ocean in particular is unusually warm which is causing an active, record-setting hurricane season.

My suggestion is, don't think too much about the specifics. Do something nice for nature, like clear a path or rake some leaves. Release some captive animals that would have been used for food, like mealworms or feeder goldfish from Pet Smart. Do it with a prayer and you'll feel better and so will mother nature.
