It could all be coincidence, or perhaps there's something murkier going on. Anyway, here it is, in case anyone can make sense of it (if there is sense behind it at all).

Their father was a bank robber. Did they get to keep any of that money? Supposedly, they all thought he was dead until one of them went to the Air Force academy, and someone 'pulled them aside' so to speak and told them that their father was a decorated military veteran and was in fact alive and in prison.

Oh yeah and that bank robber thing...have you seen the side by side picture of his dad with none other than the infamous sketch of D B friggin Cooper? It looks like a pretty good fit. I mean ho-lee sheeit.

All the Paddock siblings seem to have lived a charmed life. I guess a lot of baby boomers were kind of like that but not that charmed. Just 'CIA assets' who got an invite into the club because their dad was a badass bank robber?

I think that without a doubt government had something to do with this. Did you hear that this Paul Joseph Watson guys put up a video about the shooter where on group was just standing in the middle of the shooting while everyone else was scrambling?

Youtube took it down.

There's something that no one wants us to know.

EDIT: And by serial killer I mean specifically a hitman

The guns did have scopes. I wonder if he got his target, if what you think is true.

I am not so sure if this shooting was part of his job as a hitman, in fact I would venture to say it's more likely he wanted out of the job but had no way out. I do think he had a target, or multiple targets in mind though... as you said the guns had scopes, and the way his operation was planned out, I imagine there was a specific reason for having scopes.

It is important that he sent his girlfriend/wife away to the Phillipines, and ensured that his brother had no knowledge of his operation. It seems he wanted to protect the few people he may have cared for. Perhaps he wanted out of his job as a hitman, but it is not a job one can quit so easily. Perhaps he was in trouble with his boss and his family was in danger.

The hitman background would explain where all his income is coming from, and it would explain why he was able to carry out such a precision operation.

Now getting back to the OP, if he was in fact a hitman, who was his employer? That I do not know. Unfortunately I am not familiar enough with the world of hitmen to know who the main employers are other than the mafia, CIA, and perhaps ISIS.
