So terrible. First thing I thought was some mentally ill lone wolf, not an extremist religious attack. I'm guessing a male who got the shaft and decided to take matters into his own hands and shoot down random people. Must have been frightening being in the crowd, no telling where the shots are coming from. Surprised the police tracked the shooter down so quicly, LV really has an able police force.

I see no reason to believe that he was the person other than he was friends with her on FB.

I think he is the woman's husband, though it's odd that she was referred to as his room mate. Perhaps they were separated and she was in Vegas with her boyfriend/associate in the same hotel room.

There is nothing that is clear at the moment.

Yes, they exist and are currently very active in the Phillipines. There was also some speculation that Philipino Islamic Terrorists were involved in the naval ship "collision"

I dont think we can draw a conclusion on the perps yet. I do think that backlash is going to be serious. Everyone was already on edge for a hundred different reasons.

Marilou Danley worked in the hotel industry in Vegas. I wonder if it's possible that she worked at Mandalay and that's how the weapon got in the hotel undetected?
