en.wikipedia.org...

In Greek cuisine, saganaki (Greek σαγανάκι) is any one of a variety of dishes prepared in a small frying pan, the best-known being an appetizer of fried cheese.

The cheese used in cheese saganaki is usually graviera, kefalograviera, halloumi, kasseri, kefalotyri, or sheep's milk feta cheese. Regional variations include the use of formaela cheese in Arachova and halloumi in Cyprus. The cheese is melted in a small frying pan until it is bubbling and generally served with lemon juice and pepper. It is eaten with bread.

Flamed with ouzo or cognac as a final touch is even better.

I love that stuff!!!! Just fabulous, IMHO.
And it's been some time since I've had it.

I think you will love it, if you like cheese.

Oh yeah....my wife and I have made that many times at home and we usually always get it when we go out to eat, if the restaurant has it.
The only cheese I have made it with was the Kasseri, that was the easiest to find.
Opa!!

I'm constipating whether that is a good or bad food.

There's a restaurant nearby me that sells it. They deliver too

They also sell saganaki cheese for less than half the price at the grocery store so I've cooked it up a few times. It's delicious and an excuse to just sit and eat fried cheese.

Could be terribly harmful to health, but it is highly pleasant to the taste. It's up to you. The devil tempts but doesn't force.

But if rickymouse really wants to eat this, my best advice would be definitely do not force it. Something might rip. !
