Mine too. But they need a certain state of mind to listen. It is good ventilating. I usually feel relief after listening to them shout for a while.

Hey Fin, yea I get that, their "music" is cathartic and if people would pay attention to the lyrics they might appreciate it. I like "Godsmack" too.

Not much going on right now. Just surfing online. A bit later i need to see a doctor, routine stuff, doc will interview me and then write a report to the social security bureau so they should continue my benefits. Fixed-period disability pension for mental health issues.

I think i will visit some friend after that and open up, maybe have a few beers. The mental health professionals can't help me anymore, they are mostly automated nodding machines without any passion for their profession. You can wake me up at 3AM and i can (also automated) reply to their textbook questions how i felt about my childhood and where my future goals are.

Friends and animals are better to talk to. And just look at the motivational text pics LookingForABetterLife just posted right here!

Back from the doc!

This time the doc was a very young woman, but she obviously knew a lot about mental health and was easy to talk to. I turbocharged my mind again, talking about myself for an hour with a stranger I can do it but it really is not something i enjoy.

I skipped seeing friends, as soon as i got away from the doc's office i bought a pizza and 12 cans of beer and came straight back home.



What are others up to (enough of this "me" "i" thing for now for a while!)

I thought i could bring something a bit magical to the table. Dream-like, fitting the atmosphere of The one and only Shed!

Pffft...

No one awake or around at the shed and i skipped meeting friends. Needing company! Should i call the doc that i come back for another hour to talk about myself. My childhood... my future goals... perhaps not, after these beers i have drank!
