There has to be a general of God's Army

. I do not either get the need of Generals when every being have an omnipotent view of the surroundings revealing what is most efficient and righteous to do.

It is like deeply knowledgeable people. You do not micromanage them.

Wasn't Satan/Lucifer an angel who was said to be one Gods best or first in whatever the tier or class structure they usually get depicted in before the fall? He did take 1/3 third of the army into Hell when he fell from his...or their lord.

Opinions is a manifestation of lack of complete omniscient objective information. When you have complete omniscient information including complete knowledge on cause and effect then agreeing on what to do is agreeing that the plan is correctly calculated.

It is like agreeing that 1+1=2, 1+2=3. No need for Generals when all parts who is implementing the plan can see the whole plan and see that there is not flaws in the plan.

God had foresight of the rebellion and it was all part of the plan.

Jesus is the right hand of God while Satan is the left. Satan is called the adversary because he is like the accuser in a court of law whereas Jesus is the defendant. Satan is allowed to rule so that the children of God can come to know Good from evil. You can not appreciate eternal paradise unless you've experienced temporary suffering. Suffering is not from an all-loving God so therefore a rebellious intermediate (Satan) is necessary for this world of trials and error to exist.

But this is just a semantic oruboros. Did God create Satan? If so, transitively it created evil.

God created the human vessel to house His Spirit - these children were endowed with free will. The children chose to be disobedient which caused the fall of humankind and therefore the removal from the Perfect creation. Plato went through an intuitive logical discourse to prove this point. The demiurge that he refers to in the timaeus is a necessary intermediate between the Perfect unchanging Good, and the temporary subjective world in which we learn to come to understand such Truth.
