I think it may be a cumulative effect over time.

They freely give out all kinds of information like this.

www.4coffshore.com...

But nary a mention of how they are all going to be decommissioned or how much energy it will take to decommission them. My acquaintance who lays undersea cables says, "We're leaving a horrendous mess behind for our children to clean up."

Question.

Do you actually believe that wind turbines are being used for mass hypnosis?

I don't try to use punctuation in ATS titles anymore as it seems to cause problems so no question mark, but you can clearly see the title is a question. Also in the OP the statement "I now wonder if . . . ".

Also I don't do belief as a rule. en.oxforddictionaries.com...

An acceptance that something exists or is true, especially one without proof.

Good old Oxford Dictionary. I'd be all grunts and gesticulations without it.

Wouldn't that only be a possibility if all of the windmills are turning in synchrony? Most wind farms I've seen, you've got a mixture of windmills going faster, slower, some not at all, and no group of them are following any particular rhythm together. Seems like the potential hynosis would be limited at best.

Actually, there may be an angle here.

I recently returned from a trip to Colorado where we drove through Western Kansas and Eastern Colorado. LOTS of wind turbines. During the day, they don't seem insidious at all except for when they are doing the ginsu on hapless birds, but at night ... at night ... every single one has a red light on top, and they all blink in unison -- on, off -- all at the same time.

They aren't high enough to be a genuine hazard to most airplanes, but they are a real distraction when you're rolling down I-70 and trending toward tired.

Yes, I did notice that on some of the videos I looked at. Seeing that on lots of turbines during a long drive must have an effect.

I totally get what you are saying about the use of punctuation in ATS thread titles, the code does not seem to like them.

But thats not really answering my question.

Its very simple, yes or no

Do you believe that wind turbines are being used for mass hypnosis?

Very simply I don't do belief.

that makes no sense.

Yes or No?

Do you believe that wind turbines are being used for ass hypnosis?

if you cannot answer that question then this thread, like most of your other threads is a waist of time

All hail the hypnoturbines.

As outlandish ideas goes, this one ranks up there with the most ludicrous of them.

Please explain why small to medium have a purpose but large dont and please dont use some crazy dude covered in tinfoil on YouTube videos as your explanation.

No YouTube video with some crazy guy covered in foil?

Seriously there is no point then.

I'm out.

OK

Do you suspect wind turbines are being used for mass hypnosis?

As asked before why only large ones compared to small ones?

What has lead you to this suspicion?

There's an upgraded model on the market.

I'd love to discuss this further but I'm feeling sleepy . . . very sleepy.

Interesting bladeless design, but look how it jolts and jarrs both the turbine housing and the supprt pole. Stress fracture waiting to happen.

I keep thinking about this. What you say is really very serious. The lights blinking in unison distract tired drivers. Very dangerous.
