Does he or she know you don't work well unsupervised?

I am the supervisor. I get two fifteens and a half, just like everyone else. I can combine my breaks if I choose to, depending on the circumstances. My off-site manager trusts me, my employees respect me and I run one of two, government accredited, five-star facilities in the state.

As a retired business owner this struck me as not good.

So, after reading the entire thread and watching the videos, THAT is what struck you as not good? No wonder you don’t have a clue. At least you keep the lowest rung of the ladder warm for the next guy.

Mods, if you read this, can you please remove both of our off-topic posts without penalty? Thank you in advance.

Not by running out in the street and screaming about it, everyone else has their own crap to worry about.


The problem with draining the swamp is, often a desert forms in place.


The problem rests in that fact, it's easier to keep the crap flowing than it is to clean it up and stop crapping on the floor...

I wrote something similar to this a few days ago but never posted it.

Hmmmm, I'll change it up a bit so it'll be completely different.

Interesting thread and a good read. One has to be naturally suspicious over these "whistleblowers" but if they're genuine then the more of them coming out will hopefully be one of the seeds that ushers in change.
