What if they created this hurricane as an up yours to the US?

Rainmakers have been making claims for a very long time. Thing is, it's hard to say if that cloud would have rained all by itself or not.

It hasn't rained here for about 10 weeks, lots of dust and my tanks are getting low.....Make it rain dammit....

This has been my idea since I was a kid and smaller ordinances to deal with tornadoes. I'm weird, I know.

The Nuclear war head would evaporate the moisture in the air instantly and completely disrupt all of the energy and airflow that gives that thing life.

To add to the OP, my source-less source just told me his conspiracy group are discussing rain samples from the hurricane containing high concentrations of silver iodide, potassium iodide and dry ice - I have no source - can anybody put a source to this crazy heresay?

Loads on this angle in the news - the general idea is that the storm is not as bad as predicted but used as a tool to instill fear and control the masses! Love it.
