No they want to close loopholes that allow wealthier Canadians to pay less tax than they should. Transferring business profits to a relative to lower the tax paid? Not anymore.

its not stealing when wealthy business are intentionally using 'loop holes' in the system to avoid what they should owe.

Those aren't loopholes, they are shelters.

If one closes down others open up. Gotta keep up appearances gubment is doing its job protecting the ordinary citizen.
