Bottled water company sucking out a resource meant for ALL but they're the ones profiting?

Uruguay is My "bug out" spot.. Their government is PRO Cannabis and a 990 sqft. apt in Montevideo rents for $68 USD/month so I figure a Lobster dinner won't ruin Me... Next to Brazil and their wax jobs = Win/Win

Well climate change is normal.. It carves out the continents... shorelines change.. But suddenly and without any slow or quick indicators... that's suspicious.

To a degree.... even the Great Lakes where I live have levels so low the bays and canals can look like that. Takes a few years to return and devalues the properties and ruins watercraft.

Still.. normal to occur every so many years...

I was in Lake Michigan last weekend, seemed full to me....

Newsflash: its in Texas outside my window.

This isn't tide according to my gf (she's Colombian and says this happened at a Barranquilla Port as well).

Apparently it's caused by excessive excavation/drilling/dragging in the area. So much sand/dirt displacement causes the sea bed to shift; sucking the water out.
