It says 'too many complaints'.,. Who is doing the complaining?

I still think Obama had all those years he could have brought our country together and he consistently made racial comments and took sides further dividing and encouraging blacks and whites to take stands against one another. What a horrible waste of an example of leadership and power. I do think history will not look favorably on his presidency; especially if he continues to use his after-presidency power to mobilize even further anguish between the races. So disappointing.
