Me too! I'm on my lunch break at work and just tuned in to see a big bear and three small ones!

Thank you everyone.
I am glad you are enjoying the camera feed.
I should have warned you it was addicting.

Keep in mind Alaska is in the pacific Time Zone.
So at night when it is too dark too properly see they run highlights from previous camera feeds.

When the morning light is sufficient they turn the cameras on again.
however until the sun rises high enough the picture may be a bit grainy and dark.

Again thank you and i like you will be watching as much as I can.

Fish jump, bears look, but they don't catch.
Must be just the excerpt I watched where the
bears are like that.

Just watching the livecam and the long shadows
of the setting sun.

Thank you for sharing this, I'm sure I'll be checking back when feel like relaxing.

I hate to crap in the punchbowl.. but I do feel this should be shared, as it is relevant to what we here are all enjoying now and time may be short for us TO enjoy it. I saw this on CBS news last night.

The developers of Pebble Mine insist that they can pull the gold and copper out safely, but fishermen, conservationists, biologists and most native tribes disagree. They fought this project for more than a decade, but then President Trump won. One of EPA administrator Scott Pruitt's first acts is opening the door, settling lawsuits and allowing the development of the mine to move forward.

This is great, thank you for posting. Anyone who hasn't been to Alaska, I highly encourage you to save up. Even if you're not an outdoorsy type, it is a stunningly beautiful state to visit and there is lots to do. If you are an outdoorsy type, I'm not sure I can recommend it. If you go, you may not leave haha

Young Brown bear on screen currently. He's fishng in the pond, hasn't learned to stand at the top of the falls and wait for them to leap into his mouth.

Takes lessons from veteran anglers...

In case you're interested,
as I post this there is currently eight bears feeding at the falls.
(Not bad considering the season for this is supposed to be over.)

There is one senior bear, lighter in color and easy to spot.
This creature is smart. He picks a place at the edge of the falls, next to where a lot of Salmon are jumping , but he is just to the right of that place. He puts his body in the water to lessen the amount of water that goes over the falls in front of him.
Occasionally, they just jump right into his mouth. Amazing..!
