I relate to that. People use crystals, sounds, mantras and many things that they believe can connect them to whatever it is they are seeking. Maybe light colors are what works for others. After all, people that claim to read auras will say that putting off different colors mean different things, so why wouldn't receiving colors work the same?

there is deep meaning to each colour. that's why they exist. blue is very special and cobalt is a magical shade. i've had an experience where I walked past a house with all blue christmas lights in this sort of shade and I could hear a high frequency buzzing sound as I stared, then I felt a sense that was in between a smell and a taste; very sweet, but in balance, like milk with sugar. I get a similar vibe off of my lapis stone, especially when mixed with amethyst. i've found collecting stones and crystals has made me understand colour more than ever before. best of luck
