Though it does keep you awake at first, so maybe not so good of an idea.

You know, there's a push to cut down drastically on opiates, and in doing so other drugs with multiple applications seem to be coming to the forefront. Opiates act on receptors in the brain, but tend to become less effective over time. The new thinking it seems is to block pain receptors.
